Safety Spotlight: Distracted Driving

3,124 people lost their lives on US roadways in 2019 due to distracted driving. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that 424,000 people were injured in that same period. It also notes that distracted driving is significantly under reported. We can all play a role in preventing this critical issue which affects everyone on the road. This session, led by Del Lisk, VP Safety Services at Lytx, will explore the causes of distracted driving, scenarios where it commonly occurs, and tips on how to prevent it.
