The purpose of this release form is to authorize the Intermodal Association of North America (“IANA”) to use material provided by intermodal industry suppliers and others in the development of an Intermodal Equipment Reference Library to aid mechanics and other parties in the inspection and repair of intermodal chassis. This library will provide information, including service bulletins, warranty information, manufacturer recall notices, as well as illustrations, photos and related materials for intermodal chassis component parts.

I hereby grant IANA permission to use the materials included in this submission (the “Material”), in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, (collectively, the “Work”) without payment or other consideration.

I agree to the following statement:

I grant IANA a non-exclusive worldwide right to use the Material as part of the Work in all languages, formats, media, and editions.

I agree to the following statement:

I represent that (i) I have full authority to grant the rights provided hereunder, (ii) no third-party consent is required to grant such rights, and (iii) the Material does not contain any third-party owned content.

I agree to the following statement:

I waive any right to inspect or approve the Work in which the Material appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Material.

I agree to the following statement:

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge IANA from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have arising from or related to the use of the Material or by reason of this authorization.
