Lessons from the field: How Appointment Automation is Streamlining Dispatch
Operations & Reducing Per Diem Charges.
Booking appointments can often be a tedious and time-consuming task, especially for staff
operating an asset-based drayage trucking company. Traditional methods of coordinating
schedules, making calls, and manual entry can result in inefficiencies and human errors. This
webinar aims to demonstrate why a Transportation Management System (TMS) integrated with
Appointment Booking features is essential for modern-day drayage operations.
Join PortPro’s Vice President of Operations, Walker Banks, as he shares real stories
showcasing how Appointment Automation has streamlined dispatch operations, reduced
per diem charges, and greatly improved customer experiences.
