Housing Alert – Companies that phone, fax or email attendees and exhibitors claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms are commonly referred to as “housing pirates” or “housing bandits.” These companies, frequently based out of Las Vegas and go by names such as Exposition Housing, Expo Housing Group, Convention Housing, OnPeak LLC, Global Housing Corp, etc., are not affiliated with IANA.

EXPO Hotels
Hotel booking information is only available to attendees that have registered for EXPO. You can only make reservations through our online portal. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation that will give you access to our online reservation system.
To support our host city of Long Beach, demonstrate effective practices in room block management, and keep registration fees lower, the Intermodal EXPO Planning Team encourages attendees to book within the official Intermodal EXPO housing block.

We cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any other company or representative. IANA does not work with any 3 rd party companies to reserve housing; we only work directly with the hotels. Transportation
All EXPO hotels are just a short walk to the Long Beach Convention Center. Shuttle service will not be provided from hotels. If needed, scooter/wheelchair rentals are no longer available directly with the LBCC. Equipment rentals can now be secured directly with Mozena Medical.
The Long Beach Convention Center is located 21 miles from LAX and 5 miles from Long Beach Airport.
