To support a high‑value experience for all Intermodal EXPO participants and to ensure exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees can fully engage in scheduled programming, IANA prohibits attendees from hosting or inviting other attendees to off‑program meetings or events during official EXPO hours, including all posted exhibit hall times. Individuals found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the event without a refund and may be restricted from registering for future in‑person IANA events.
