Housing Alert – Companies that phone, fax or email attendees and exhibitors claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms are commonly referred to as “housing pirates” or “housing bandits.” These companies, frequently based out of Las Vegas and go by names such as Exposition Housing, Expo Housing Group, Convention Housing, OnPeak LLC, Global Housing Corp, etc., are not affiliated with IANA.

Housing for the 2025 Intermodal Business Meeting is now open! To support our host city of Kansas City and keep registration fees lower, the IANA Events Team encourages attendees to book at the official Intermodal Business Meeting hotel below. We cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any other company or representative. The housing block for Business Meeting closes on April 8th, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST. After this date, the IANA room rates will no longer be available, and hotels may be sold out.
