Re-Design of GIER Interface & New Features

The Global Intermodal Equipment Registry (GIER) web portal will soon have a new look and will offer more streamlined access to pertinent information for GIER Subscribers. Please join Information Services staff on Monday, August 10th at 2:00 p.m. (EDT) for an “advance” overview of the redesigned GIER web interface along with some of enhanced functionalities that will be available to GIER Subscribers once the newly designed web portal is implemented.

In her current role, Katie oversees BNSF Railway’s entire operations organization, including engineering, environmental, mechanical, operations support, transportation, safety and training, service design, and resource protection. Since starting her career in the railroad industry as a management trainee with the Burlington Northern in 1992, Katie has held a variety of positions in nearly every area of railroading. She has served in roles in sales and marketing, finance, customer solutions and network operations.
