Please be aware that you may receive emails or phone calls from companies that are NOT affiliated IANA or Intermodal EXPO. The information below will help alert you to such companies. IANA does NOT sell registration lists to any of our events and recommends you ONLY use the official show vendors.

Below is a list of the official, approved vendors who we work with. You will be able to access their order forms online in the Freeman Exhibitor Services Kit, the link will be sent once your booth is paid in full.

For Exhibitor Appointed Contractors: the exhibiting company should complete the EAC Notice of Intent form. Exhibitor Appointed Contractors should fill out this form.
