With more than 30 years of railroading experience, Katie Farmer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BNSF Railway, a role she was named to in 2021, and also leads BNSF’s Board of Directors. She
most recently served as executive vice president and Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the entire BNSF Operations organization, and previously served as vice president, Service Design and Transportation Support. Farmer began
her career in the railroad industry with Burlington Northern in 1992 as a management trainee in Fort Worth, Texas, and has since held a variety of positions across sales, marketing, finance, customer solutions, and network
operations. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of American Railroads and American Airlines Group, and is a past Chair of the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA).

With more than 40 years of railroad industry experience, Jim Vena is the Chief Executive Officer of Union Pacific, where he leads the company with a demonstrated track record of driving best-in-class

engineer—before rising to executive vice president and chief operating officer. He first served as Union Pacific’s chief operating officer from 2019 to 2020 and as senior advisor to the chairman in 2021, returning as CEO in

degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MBA from the University of Northern British Columbia.

Southern’s business focusing on moving the parts that build automobiles, completed vehicles, and the company’s domestic and international intermodal enterprise. Tureman joined Norfolk Southern in 1998 in Intermodal Marketing. He
has since served as Director Intermodal Yield & Planning, Director Intermodal, Group Vice President Intermodal, and Group Vice President Chemicals. Tureman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Anthropology from the
University of Virginia. He has also earned his Masters in Transport and Maritime Management from the University of Antwerp and his MBA from Old Dominion University.

An industry professional with more than 30 years of experience, Scott Cornell is the Chief Revenue Officer and Transportation, Crime & Theft Specialist at SPG Cargo & Logistics, specializing in cargo
theft, transportation, and corporate investigations, and was recently named to the 2025 “Top 100 Insurance Executives” list. Prior to his current role, he spent 25 years leading the Transportation Division at Travelers
Insurance, where he created the first fully dedicated cargo theft unit housed within an insurance carrier, the Special Investigations Group (SIG). A recognized expert in cargo theft and prevention, he has advised the White House
Economic Council and testified before the Congressional Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure on cargo theft. He currently serves as Chairman of the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA), Americas chapter, and
on the TIA Cargo Fraud Task Force.

growth and market expansion. With more than 35 years of experience in global logistics, Ms. Lemm has previously held senior leadership positions at Sealand Services and Mallory Alexander International Logistics. Lemm serves on
the Intermodal Association North America Board of Directors and the Agriculture Transportation Coalition Advisory Board. She has recently testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on cargo theft and in support of the

Captain Lauren Beagen is a seasoned maritime industry expert and licensed maritime attorney. Ms. Beagen is the founder of Squall Strategies, LLC (a legal/maritime consulting firm) and The Maritime Professor™,

Andrew Sibold is an accomplished Econometrician and analyst, currently serving as the Director of Economics at the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA), where he guides economic research and informs
policy on intermodal supply chain assets through market analysis and economic forecasting. Before IANA, he spent five years as an Economic Analyst at the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), where he managed various programs
and conducted advanced Cost-Benefit Analyses (BCAs) and Net Present Value (NPV) calculations to screen federal infrastructure grants. His experience is supported by service as an Armor Officer and Infantryman in the U.S. Army,
where he oversaw logistics and operations during deployments. Andrew holds a master's in public policy and administration, along with advanced degrees in Econometrics, Urban Planning, and International Relations from multiple

An industry professional with more than 26 years of public and private sector leadership experience, Dr. Noel Hacegaba is the Chief Executive Officer of the Port of Long Beach, where he leads a team of 600,
manages an annual budget of $834 million and oversees a $3.3 billion capital improvement program — the largest of any port in the nation. Over his 15-year career at the Port, he has served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief
Commercial Officer, directing the Port's Business Recovery Taskforce during the pandemic and serving as lead negotiator in the multibillion-dollar sales of two of its largest terminal assets. He also previously served as
Executive Director of the Intermodal Container Transfer Facility Joint Powers Authority, which governs a major near-dock rail facility serving the Port of Long Beach and Port of Los Angeles. Dr. Hacegaba is Vice Chair of the
